The Chillicothe Jaycees are planning something different for the "day" of the Jaycees/Evening Lions Club Halloween Parade. Angie Lochbaum of the Jaycees says for the first time, they are planning on activities downtown earlier in the day October 26th.

Lochbaum says it starts at 11:30am with a Chalk Drawing Contest to benefit United Way, followed at 1pm Open House at the Chillicothe Fire Station, from 4-6pm Family Fun events at the Majestic Courtyard along with area high school bands performing at the main stage

Costume judging will be at 6pm. The Halloween Parade steps-off beginning at 7pm.
