During its Friday session, a Ross County Grand Jury returned 10 indictments, 3 of which were open.
According to Rick Hannan, an investigator with the Prosecutor's Office, 46-year-old Shane M. Williams, of Chillicothe, has been indicted with a fifth-degree felony of aggravated possession of drugs. He's accused of being found with 0.32 grams of amphetamine during a search by police on April 27th.
30-year-old Nicole M. Feeman, of Chillicothe, has been indicted for fifth-degree felony possession of heroin. Hannan says Feeman is accused of having 0.33 grams of heroin in her purse during a March 21st traffic stop.
35-year-old Andrea L. Holt, of Chillicothe, was also indicted for 11 counts of forgery, each a fifth-degree felony. The indictment alleges Holt stole 11 of her grandmother's personal checks and used them to buy gift cards for a total amount of $1,720.
