Manley Evidence Tampering Case Goes to Pike County Grand Jury

An Evidence Tampering and Vandalism case against a relative of the Rhoden family will go to the Pike County Grand Jury.

The Cincinnati Enquirer reported Monday that a Pike County Judge dismissed the charges of Evidence Tampering and Vandalism against James Manley, 40, in what was to be a preliminary hearing.

The charges allege Manley destroyed a GPS device after removing it from his truck. Manley turned himself into authorities last week after the Pike County Sheriff's Office filed the felony-level charges.

The move keeps investigators off the witness stand in open court.
