You might notice some Chillicothe Police Officers sporting beards through the month of December to bring attention to the fight against cancer. Captain Ron Meyers says "No Shave November" has gotten an earlier start this year to also bring attention to Breast Cancer Awareness Month, in October.
Officers "buy in" as they pay money to grow the beard or wear pink, with funds going to the Southern Ohio Survivors group.
