SVC Trio Plays in State Volleyball All Star Match

SVC volleyball stand-outs Madi Eberst of Unioto, Lanie Shea of Adena and Cami Chandler of Piketon (pictured above), played in Sunday's Annual Ohio High School Volleyball Coaches Association State All Star Match at Wooster High School. The All Ohio players joined many of the top high school senior volleyball players in Ohio for the match.

The three seniors were career members of the "2,000 Club" in their respective positions. Chandler collected over 2,000 kills while Eberst and Shea each dished-out over 2,000 career assists for their volleyball teams. Eberst was joined by Logan Elm's Macie Rhoads of Logan Elm, who played together on the Division 2 team, while Chandler and Shea teamed together on the Division 3 squad.

In talking with each of the four players or their families, none of them has made any commitments to playing college volleyball. But, each of them has had college coaches expressing an interest in them playing at the next level, with a few gaining even more interest after their performances Sunday, where all of them played significant roles in their squad's play.
