Two Women Hurt in Route 772 Crash in Ross County

A one vehicle injury crash injured two people Tuesday afternoon, in a crash that occurred on State Route 772 in Ross County.  

The Ohio Highway Patrol reports at approximately 4:35pm, 24-year-old Ashley I. Hall of Chillicothe was driving northbound on 772, when she drove off the right side of the roadway, struck a guardrail and overturned. 

Ms. Hall and her passenger, 18-year-old Branda J. Hensley of Hillsboro, were mechanically extracted from the vehicle. Hall was transported to the Adena Regional Medical Center by Scioto Township EMS, then later transported to the Grant Medical Center for her injuries.  Ms. Hensley was transported from the scene by the Huntington Township EMS and flown by Med-Flight to Grant Medical Center for her injuries. Hensley commented on Facebook, that she "refused her stay at the hospital".

Ross County Sheriff’s Office, Scioto Township EMS, Huntington Township EMS, Scioto Township Fire Department, and Med-Flight responded to the scene to assist.
