Former Chillicothe High School Principal, Dr. Jeffrey Fisher, was back in court Thursday afternoon for a pretrial hearing.
Fisher was indicted by the Ross County Grand Jury in November following an investigation into allegations of sexual misconduct involving two former students. He faces charges of Sexual Battery.
Proceedings on Thursday were brief with the defense withdrawing its motion seal court records in the case. The defense had requested earlier this month that records be sealed to ensure Fisher's right to a fair trial.
Fisher is scheduled to be back for another pretrial hearing in 45 days.
