Police say a vehicle overturned in a crash in Hillsboro, Thursday morning. According to the police report, 87-year-old Ralph Michael was driving an SUV on West Walnut Street when he hit the back of a parked car. Michael's vehicle overturned before coming to a rest in the road. Authorities say he was cited for failure to maintain control. There was no word on whether there were any injuries.
