The Chillicothe Police Department Investigative Unit conducted a street level prostitution detail, that led to four arrests. The detail was conducted in response to complaints from citizens alleging prostitution activity in their communities.
In each case, the female was contacted by a "male police officer" and the female agreed to perform sex acts in exchange for cash.
Arrested were:
44-year-old Angela Seward, Chillicothe
28-year-old Chelsie Keller, Chillicothe
31-year-old Jessie Sanford, Chillicothe
35-year-old Natoshia Riehle, Chillicothe
