Rhoden Murder Suspect Waives Extradition to Ohio

(24/7 News)  --  Murder suspect George Wagner, the Third is heading back to Ohio after waving his right to extradition in a Kentucky courtroom.  Wagner appeared yesterday in court to be arraigned on aggravated murder charges in connection to the Rhoden Family Massacre in Pike County.

Wagner, his wife, and two sons are accused of committing the murders of eight members of the Rhoden family while they slept in their homes in April of 2016.

Attorney General and Governor-elect Mike DeWine said all four suspects could be facing the death penalty if convicted.
