Circleville Volunteer Wants to Create Gardens

Tuesday evening, Circleville Council heard about greening Roundtown. A young Circleville man says he wants to help build up his community with gardening.

Justin Case Green previously appeared before Circleville Council asking for advice on starting a recycling program. This time he's looking for recipients, volunteers, and donated supplies for gardens.

He says he wants to instill sense of community, and to build up the community, with the loss of what he calls "communal grounding centers" of bowling lanes, parks, movie theater, and others.

And this is not just about community gardens. Green says he wants to focus on personal gardens, to set them up in people's yards for them to tend and sometimes receive help.
