Accused Rhoden Killer Wants Solitary Jail Cell

(ONN) -- One of four family members charged with killing eight people from another family in southern Ohio wants solitary confinement in the jail where he's being held.

-

27-year-old George Wagner the Fourth, his parents and brother have pleaded not guilty to aggravated murder charges in the shootings of seven adults and a teenage boy from the Rhoden family near Piketon in 2016. Wagner's attorneys told a judge last week he wants solitary confinement to read the bible and "do the things that he likes to do."

Wagner is in the Ross County Jail. The judge and prosecutor agree that that decision is up to the county sheriff.
