Londonderry Man Suffers Minor Injuries in Crash on U.S. 35 in Ross County

A Londonderry man in on the mend after a single-vehicle crash in Ross County.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, Timothy Bennett, 60, of Londonderry, suffered minor injuries when his westbound 1998 Buick Regal veered off the left side of U.S. 35, across the eastbound U.S. 35/U.S. 23 southbound lanes shortly before 7:00 a.m. Thursday where it collided with a fence before coming to rest in a field.

Mr. Bennett was transported to Adena Regional in Chillicothe by Scioto Township EMS. The State Patrol says he was later transported by ground units to Ohio State University's Wexner Medical Center due to a pre-existing medical condition.

The crash remains under investigation.
