Chillicothe’s Mighty Children’s Museum & Herrnstein Kia have come together to provide ice skating in the city’s downtown this winter.
The two have erected a make-shift ice rink in the parking lot located at the corner of Paint and 4th streets, across from the museum.
The grand opening and ribbon cutting for winter rink will take place this Wednesday, November 20th at 3:00 p.m. It will then be open from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday through Friday, from 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Saturday, and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Sunday. Skate rental will be available for $5.00.
There’s a few events scheduled to take place at the rink all throughout the month of December. You can find the full schedule, as well as additional information on the rink by visiting the Mighty Children’s Museum website, HERE.
