Circleville Planning To Conduct Pumpkin Show This Fall Despite COVID-19

Council President Barry Keller spoke on an ordinance concerning the annual fall festival. Keller said; "I asked councilwoman Katie Hedges to add this to the agenda because I am getting lot's of questions from the general public and media about the plans for the 2020 Pumpkin Show, and as of today we are planning on holding the festival.
