Evidence Hearings in Jake Wagner Trial Moved To October

(24/7 News Source) -- Attorneys for one of the defendants in the murder of the Rhoden family over four years ago say their latest motion will now be heard next month.

Lawyers representing Jake Wagner said their motion expected to be heard Monday on ballistics, shoe prints, and witness statements will now be addressed next month.

Wagner, his parents, and brother are charged with killing eight members of the Rhoden family in Pike County in April 2016.

Wagner's attorneys are also asking for the removal of a Special Prosecutor who they say has a conflict of interest with Governor DeWine.
