The Circleville Tigers football program has a new head coach in Steve Evans. Evans was hired this week by the board of education, following the resignation of Luke Katris following the 2020 season.
Evans comes to Circleville from Amanda-Clearcreek where he currently serves as Athletic Director.
His previous football coaching experience included a (31-30) record at Teays Valley in two separate stints, that included a MSL championship in 2005. He has also been named Mid-State League "Coach of the Year" twice and was Ohio Division 3 Coach of the Year in 2002.
Steve also was head coach at Hamilton Township (2001-2003) and Reynoldsburg (2008-2011).
