Chrissy Teigen Reacts To Being Only Celebrity Joe Biden Follows On Twitter

No one is happier to be Chrissy Teigen right now than Chrissy Teigen.

On Wednesday (January 20), the world watched as Joe Biden was inaugurated as the 46th president of the United States. As with tradition on social media, Biden officially laid claim to the @POTUS Twitter account. Teigen, the platform’s resident funnywoman, made her plea Biden’s first order of business: “Hello @joebiden I have been blocked by the president for four years can I get a follow plz.”

Biden, who currently follows 12 accounts under the @POTUS Twitter account — 11 of which are members of the White House — obliged the Cravings author by doing just that.

“OH MY GOD !!!!!!!!!!” she captioned a screenshot showing proof of being followed by the president, quipping, “My heart oh my god lmao I can finally see the president’s tweets and they probably won’t be unhinged.”

In case you don’t remember, Teigen was infamously blocked by former POTUS Donald Trump in 2017, and it’s been that way ever since. So it came as no surprise that she'd troll Trump one last time on his way out of the White House.

“Today our great national f—kup is over, but the shame will last forever,” Teigen wrote on Instagram. “With 2 impeachments, the creation of 3 million LESS jobs, 403,000 dead, a record low approval rating and god knows how many crimes, we can officially say Donald J Trump is the greatest at being the f—king worst. Maybe it wasn’t such a good idea to have the guy with barely enough well done steak with ketchup fueled brainpower to power a lightbulb who doesn’t even know how to close an umbrella run the country. History will not be kind to you, you absolute psychopath. But I never was anyhow.”
