Kindergarten registration for Washington City Schools will take place on Monday, May 3rd, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria of Cherry Hill Primary School.
Students must be five-years-old by August 1st to register for Kindergarten.
Registration will not proceed without the child present for a short assessment, as well as the following documents:
- Immunization Record. All immunizations (including 4 year old shots) must be complete. If you child needs Kindergarten Immunizations, please contact Fayette County Public Health at 740-335-5910
- Certified copy of Birth Certificate
- Verification of Address. Driver's license with current address, utility bill, mortgage or lease agreement, W-2, etc.
- Proof of Custody (if applicable)
