Three men were arrested on drug charges following a search of a home in Ross County, Monday night. Sheriff George Lavender said his office received information that meth was being made at 7703 State Route 28 and found meth-making materials after the owner gave deputies permission to search the property.
Sheriff Lavender said 27-year-old Ashton Brown, 25-year-old John Smith, and 28-year-old Joshua Dingus were charged with illegal manufacture of methamphetamine, while a 17-year-old girl was released to a parent.
Investigators from the US 23 Major Crimes Task Force, Ohio Organized Crime Commission, and Pike County Sheriff's Office were called to collect evidence and remove chemicals. Concord Township Fire also helped with clean up.
According to Sheriff Lavender, the investigation is ongoing.
