Officials Warn of New Deadly Heroin Mixture

Authorities and health officials are warning of a new, highly potent, form of heroin.

Gray Death, as it is called, consists of heroin, fentanyl, carfentanil, and a synthetic opioid known as U-47-700.

The deadly concoction owes its name to its unique concrete powder appearance. It can kill in very small doses.

The mixture first appeared in Georgia and Alabama but has recently been found in southern Ohio.
