A young woman indicted Friday for theft and joyriding motorized shopping carts inside Kmart April 5th, was charged with rape Monday.
Both incidents involved a 12-year-old girl, but it's unclear if its the same one.
A Chillicothe Police report shows an officer on patrol in the Yoctangee Park Annex found a car there shortly after midnight. Inside was 19-year-old Shakyra L. Silcott of 523 Eastern Avenue, and the girl.
The report has no further details. The Chillicothe Gazette reports Silcott is being held on a $100,000 bond and ordered to stay away from Monday's victim.
