(Cincinnati) -- The family of Sam DuBose, along with several other groups, is asking for a third trial of former University of Cincinnati Police Officer Ray Tensing.
DuBose was shot by Tensing during a traffic stop in 2015.
The Black Lawyers Association of Cincinnati is calling for a retrial of Tensing along with the Cincinnati chapter of the NAACP. A mistrial has been declared twice in the murder and voluntary manslaughter case of Tensing.
Prosecutors will decide whether to retry Tensing by July 24th.
