24/7 News Source (McArthur, OH) -- Damage from storms in southern Ohio this past weekend is being blamed on a tornado. The National Weather Service says an EF-1 tornado touched down near McArthur in Vinton County, Saturday night. Winds of 105-miles-per-hour damaged a barn roof and downed several trees along Locust Grove Road. No injuries were reported.
