(Utica) -- A Knox County man is accused of leaving a baby alone in a hot car.
Police say a woman called 911 Wednesday after seeing the infant in the car. An officer took the child from the vehicle until paramedics arrived to take the eight-month-old to the hospital.
Donald Ireland returned to the car abut an hour later and was arrested.
