Home Invasion Suspect Found Lying on Railroad Tracks

A Chillicothe man sought in connection with an Aggravated Robbery from early Sunday morning has been taken into custody. 

According to the Chillicothe Gazette, Robert S. McGraw, 46, is alleged to have entered the Keller Road home of his ex-girlfriend during the overnight hours on Sunday, October 29th, and threatened her and man inside the home with knife. He is also accused of forcing the couple into a closet of the home before leaving with several items belonging to the victims.

McGraw was found around 6:00 p.m. Monday lying in front of a stopped Norfolk Southern train on the railroad tracks located directly east of the Chillicothe Walmart. McGraw appeared to be intoxicated at the time. He was taken into custody after a failed attempt to flee from responding officers.

McGraw is charged with felony level Aggravated Robbery, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Burglary for the incident on Keller Road. He also faces misdemeanor charges of Railroad Vandalism and Disorderly Conduct in relation to the incident Monday on the railroad tracks.
