Woman Pleads Guilty to Involuntary Manslaughter

A local woman has pleaded guilty to charges stemming from the October death of 17-year-old Jason Bartley, Jr.

Docket information indicates Sandy France pleaded guilty to involuntary manslaughter in Ross County Court of Common Pleas, Wednesday.

In April, France was indicted on two alternate counts of involuntary manslaughter, alleging she provided the alcohol that led to Bartley's death.

France's sentencing is set for July 17th.
