Gunman Kills 3 People in Cincinnati Shooting

At least four people, including the shooter, are dead following a mass shooting in downtown Cincinnati.

Police Chief Eliot Isaac says officers were called to the Fountain Square Fifth Third location Thursday morning following reports of shots fired.

Chief Isaac told reporters the suspect has been identified as 29-year-old Omar Perez of Northbend. Perez shot and killed three people at an office tower and wounded several others before he was killed.  Police did exchange gunfire, killing Perez.

Victims who survived the shooting were taken to UC Hospital.

Police say shots were fired by man wearing business suit, armed with a handgun, who went in through a loading dock, shooting people there. He then went up on a freight elevator into a lobby where more shots were fired.
