The Circleville downtown Business Association will present a Halloween Fun Night on Tuesday, October 30th from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
It’ll offer Trick or Treating at the local downtown merchants. Participating merchants will mark their stores with black and orange balloons.
A costume contest takes place at 6:15 p.m. that evening at the parking lot of the Pickaway County Banking Center on South Court Street.
