Second Suspect In Pike Massacre Pleads Not Guilty

The second of four separate arraignments in connection with the Rhoden family massacre scheduled for this week, is complete.

Yesterday in a Pike County court, 27-year-old George Wagner the Fourth entered a plea of not guilty to the same murder charges his brother entered not guilty pleas to, on Tuesday.

Wagner, his parents, and brother, are charged in the murders of eight members of the Rhoden family in 2016.

Wagner's attorneys asked the court to consider bond based on his lack of any criminal record prior to his arrest, but the judge denied the request.
