After 46 years of helping to train special needs adults in the community, First Capital Enterprises has expanded the type of training and services they offer their clients.

Their mission has included employment training for special adults as well as provide group employment, like custodial work.

Now, Deputy Director Jim Lambert says they have gone to a much bigger step in providing services to their clients, such as training clients for other work and independent living.
