The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two-vehicle crash that occurred on US Route 23 and Alma Omega Road at approximately 5:13pm.
A Honda GL1800 Series motorcycle, driven by 62-year-old Barry Johnson of Dayton, was making a left turn from Alma Omega Road to U.S. Route 23 south when he struck a Ford F-150, driven by 73-year-old Ira Wolford of Jackson.
Johnson failed to yield the right-of-way from a stop sign. Mr. Johnson was flown to Grant Medical Center for serious injuries. Wolford was treated at the scene for minor injuries.
