Triple Murder Brings Up To Life Prison Term For Londonderry Man

A sentence of 35 years to life in prison for a Ross County triple homicide, was handed down Wednesday. 

40-year-old James A Rinehart Jr. was sentenced on three counts of aggravated murder and one count of attempted murder, in exchange for all other charges being dismissed. 

Rinehart plead guilty to the murders of 46-year-old Leann M. Potts and 63-year-old Thomas S. Littler, who were found shot to death in their Londonderry area home. Potts' brother, Rick Adams was also killed and a second woman who was found attacked at Adams' home.
