Ohio's statewide mask mandate, along with most of its remaining COVID-19 health orders, expired at midnight. Face masks are now optional, but will still be required in most hospitals and after-care facilities. Another round of winners in the state's Vax-a-Millions drawings will be announced tonight. Tonight at 7:29 p.m. officials will announce the name of the second winner of a one-million-dollar prize and the second person to receive a full-ride scholarship to a public state university. Since the first Vax-a-Millions drawing last week, an additional 460-thousand adults and 28-thousand children have registered for the jackpots. Those who have registered but don't win tonight will automatically be rolled over into the drawing set for next week.
