Ohio Task Force One is being deployed to Florida to assist in search and rescue operations at a collapsed building. The 80-person team with several specially trained K-9s left Vandalia last night and is expected to arrive in Surfside, Florida today. Ohio Task Force One is one of FEMA's 28 Urban Search and Rescue teams specializing in fast water rescue and working in collapsed structures. The task force plans to be working at the site in Florida for the next two weeks.
