Tik Tok App prank

Two Ohio women are being charged with disorderly conduct after filming a prank on a Pennsylvania highway to post on the Tik-Tok app. According to court documents released yesterday, 25-year-old Chelsea Clay and 28-year-old Erin Steed from Bellefontaine [[ Bell-fountain ]] were cited at the end of June in Centre County, Pennsylvania. The women allegedly were driving along Interstate 80 holding a sign with the word Help written on it which prompted calls from passing motorists to the police. After being pulled over, the two women told authorities they were never in danger and had been filming motorists reactions for Tik-Tok.
