Kennworth has been reported to be laying off at least 350 employees. The Scioto Post quotes a source who says that will start September 10th.
The company has been storing almost-finished trucks at the Ross County Fairgrounds since they can't get computer chips to complete them, but now they will be doing that at a much slower pace.
Layoffs are common with Kenworth, with 500 laid off at the start of 2020.
