Ross County Sheriff's Deputies were called to the intersection of State Route 138 and County Road 550 Wednesday after receiving a report of vehicle that had gone into a ditch. The vehicle, a pick-up truck, was partially blocking the east bound lane of 550. The truck was registered out of North Dakota, and the driver was identified as Robert Shumaker from Greenfield, who has an arrest warrant out for him. His ID was found on the side of road, but Shumaker was no where to be found.
