Ohio Assembly Passes Universal Concealed Carry

The Ohio Senate has passed a controversial gun bill. Ohioans age 21 and up will be able to legally carry a concealed weapon as long they're entitled to possess it under state and federal law.

Senate Bill 215 allows Ohioans who own guns to conceal them without a permit. Supporters of this 'Constitutional Carry' law say this measure follows the state's constitution.

The Ohio house already passed its version of this bill.
