Local authorities are investigating another discovery of human remains in Ross County. Monday, The Ross County Sheriffs Department received reports from hunters who came across what was called a suspicious campsite near Chester Hill Road. During the follow-up investigation discovered the remains were discovered. The Montgomery County Coroner's Office is working to identify the individual. Authorities have not indicated whether the incident is connected to another discovery of remains in Chillicothe on April 15th. Those remains were discovered behind the Hobby Lobby Store on Bridge Street in what was described as an abandoned homeless encampment.
