The Ohio Department of Transportation released its weekly travel report on Thursday, April 20th and it includes a few projects affecting motorists in Highland County.
ODOT has a resurfacing project underway along portions of US 50 and State Route 73 which will continue through this summer.
The project on US 50 is taking place between Spickard and Fenner Roads, with the work on State Route 73 underway between US 50 and the Clinton County line.
Work for those two projects is being carried out during daytime hours Monday thru Friday.is spring.
There’s also a bridge replacement underway on Strait Creek Road. That has Strait Creek closed just west of State Route 41. That project will continue into the summer months as well.
Lastly the resurfacing on US 50 continues between the Hillsboro city limits and Carper Lane with that work expected to wrap up sometime this spring.
