Gun rights are something Ohio's House leadership is considering as more calls for regulation take shape.
Cliff Rosenberger says, as a caucus, they have an obligation to uphold and protect the second amendment. He says there needs to be a holistic conversation, but not necessarily a weapons ban.
The house speaker says it's going to be hard to legislate personal behavior. He says if somebody wants to do something bad, they will always be able to find an avenue to do that.
