The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a two vehicle fatality crash that occurred on US 23 at Trego Creek Road in Ross County at approximately 6am, Thursday.
A car driven by 84-year-old David C. England of Chillicothe, failed to yield while turning left onto Trego Creek Road from US 23. England was struck by an S-10 truck driven by 18-year-old Brady C. Price of Otway, who was traveling northbound on US 23. Price crossed the center of the roadway after the crash occurred.
England was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center by Medcare EMS where his condition was listed as "critical" and was transported to Grant Medical Center, where he died from his injuries. Price was transported to Adena Regional Medical Center by Scioto Township EMS for non-life threatening injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
