Rotary Hears Ag Speaker for "Rural Urban Day"

Chillicothe Rotary invited a speaker to bridge the gap between agricultural production and other businesses.

For "Rural Urban Day," Adam Sharp, the Executive VP of the Ohio Farm Bureau Federation, helped with the fellowship between farmers and other kinds of business people.

He listed many of the current trends in agriculture...and also pointed out that agriculture needs many auxiliary jobs filled.  Sharp said agricultural graduates fill 60% of the industry's needs, but 40% of the Ag jobs need to be filled by others.
