A local high school student won a brand new car after meeting her commitment to staying drug- and alcohol-free this year.
Chillicothe High School junior Cheyanne Cantrell's name was drawn at the annual Keys to Success assembly, Thursday.
To earn the vehicle, Cantrell opted into CHS's anti-drug program and met drug testing, gpa, and code of conduct requirements throughout the 2018-2019 academic year.
The white Kia Forte was donated in part by Herrnstein Auto Group and Gary Von Kennel.
