A Community Roundtable will take place on Monday, August 6th in a effort to gain input on the new Paint Creek Station Apartments.
The roundtable discussion, hosted by Frontier Community Services, begins at 1:30 p.m. in the Community Room at Cross Creek Meadows, located at 18 Legend Drive in Chillicothe,
The Paint Creek Apartments would be located on the west side of Chillicothe, in the area of Star Drive off of Western Avenue. Each apartment would be designed with energy efficiency and conservation in mind to help reduce utility costs for tenants.
The proposed living accommodations have been designed as 5 one-bedroom units with one bath, 10 two-bedroom units with 1 bathroom, 28 three-bedroom and 2 four-bedroom units with 2 bathrooms in a ranch style building including attached garages.
