Authorities in Ross County say a 14-year-old runaway has been located and is safe.
The Ross County Sheriff's Office had reported Tuesday that Hope Lowe had run away from a foster home in the 2900-block of Massieville Road, early Tuesday morning.
Sheriff Captain Mike Preston reported at 10pm Tuesday that Rowe was located.
