The Ross County Coroner says a man whose body was found in Paint Creek two months ago died as the result of an accident.
Officials say construction workers found the body of 39-year-old Joshua M. Whitaker August 14th. The victim's friends had reported him missing the week before.
A post-mortem examination earlier this month found traces of alcohol and amphetamines in Whitaker's body.
