Elected Officials in Pickaway County will be gathering on Monday, October 29th to speak on State Issue 1, a proposed constitutional amendment that, among other things, if passed by voters in November, would reduce criminal penalties for drug possession, and allow for possible release or resentencing for those convicted of low-level drug possession offenses.
Pickaway County Common Pleas Judge P. Randall Knece announced Wednesday that he and other elected county and state officials and representatives will gather in Common Pleas Courtroom 2 at the county courthouse at 2:00 p.m. The public is invited.
