The 4th District Court of Appeals will convene in Chillicothe on November 1st for their next session.
The panel will convene at 9:30am in Ross County Common Pleas Courtroom #1 to hear appeals cases out of Highland, Athens, Meigs, Lawrence and Washington counties.
